We are located in East Auckland, 20 km from Auckland's CBD and 21 km from Auckland Airport. Our studio flat is at the rear of our house in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to Lloyd Elsmore Park. We offer a monthly discount (see below). The flat was recently renovated and refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, washer-dryer, queen-size bed, heat pump and home ventilation system. It is warm, dry and bright, with windows on 3 sides. There is a 50” TV and unlimited wifi.

This modern, architecturally designed suite with its own private entrance is nestled amongst peaceful bush surrounds in Remuera and overlooks the Orakei Basin inlet. It is close to bus and train, local cafes, a shopping centre and a walking track that surrounds the Orakei Basin.
