Das Haus ist ca. 45 qm groß und verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essraum sowie einen Schlafbereich, der durch eine Wand optisch abgegrenzt ist. Der Wohnbereich geht per Glasschiebetür in eine Ostterrasse mit Gartenblick über. Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut.
