Our home is located in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, and within walking distance of all the shops in Intercourse including Kitchen Kettle Village, Stoltzfus Meats, and Smucker Village. Intercourse is surrounded by farmlands and in the summer several authentic Amish roadside stands selling fresh produce can be found within a mile from our home. We've been sharing our home with guests for years, and just refreshed the furniture and decor this year to ensure you have a cozy + chic stay.

We encourage you to sit back and enjoy the cottage , or head out to explore all the Harrisburg/Hershey area has to offer, or a bit of both! There are great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues nearby. The cottage is a unique space to make lasting memories.

The Antietam Toll House (@antietamtollhouse) is a renovated historic property circa 1800. Sitting on the bank-head of the Antietam stream, this cabin has it's own private fishing hole. Secluded, yet close to amenities and attractions, this property is the perfect place for an artist retreat, respite from the city or a base from which to explore local gems of the area. Wineries, Appalachian Trail, Antietam, Gettysburg battlefields, Ski Liberty, Catoctin , Cunningham Falls and more nearby.

(all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! Welcome to the Cabin at Mitchell Run - designed to bring people together! This versatile space is perfect for a couple or multiple families by sleeping up to 12 in beds and accommodating lengthy stays. The outdoor pavilion and campfire facilitates memory making activities. Although nestled in the foothills of Shade Mountain, this cabin has excellent high speed internet (25mbps). Located outside Beaver Springs, it is 20 min. from Rt. 322 and 25 min. from the Port Royal Speedway.

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

Private, peaceful, newly built house is surrounded by a beautiful meadow. A bald eagle nest is visible from the front porch. On the other end of our eighty acre farm is The Owl House, our newest Airbnb listing. We are halfway between Hershey and Gettysburg!
