My houseboat is a lovely, quiet and comfortable place to stay in the historic centre of Amsterdam, close to all famous tourist places the city has to offer and last but not least the Amstel river. Enjoy Amsterdam from within! My (formally partially rented) houseboat consists of a tastefull bedroom with a super king size bed (200 x 200), a modern bathroom and much more to have a warm, comfortable stay with a unique beautifull canal view. Stay like a local and enjoy the quiet historic atmosphere!

This is a very privat ground floor studioapartment( so no steep stairs) with your own privatgarden , in the peaceful so called backhouse of our canalhouse at the Amstel river. extremely central yet very quiet. A privat marble bathroom/ toillet, privat kitchen+ privat (Miele) washingmachine / dryer(etc.).2 minutes away from Central Station( subway), 9 minutes from World Trade center(subway). The subway entrance is 2 minutes away by foot. ( Shiphol airport is 21 minutes minimum by subway/train).

Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.
