Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space with private gated parking and garden lined with rhododendrons and pines Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture with cushions. We are spoilt for pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. The walks are amazing!

We are pleased to offer our recently refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom and own front door. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House dating back to the 1800s. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs and restaurants.
Our stable is situated in the centre of the Kent Downs AONB, ideally located to explore the best of rural Kent on foot. Some of the best of the Downs and Weald AONB's country walks begin at our gate, and medieval villages, towns, country parks, castles and cathedrals are just a short drive away. Canterbury, Whitstable, Maidstone, Faversham, Rochester, Tenterden and the channel tunnel terminal are all no more than a 30 minute drive. See ‘things to note’ for measures against Covid-19.
The Apple Store is a beautiful and meticulously clean converted agricultural building that sits in the lovely gardens of a 16th Century house. Perfect for a staycation and set in a peaceful, rural location, the property is approximately 1.5 miles from Marden village and .75 mile from Hush Heath vineyard. If the weather allows you can soak up the sun from our high vantage point and enjoy watching the sun set into the distance. There is ample parking on our gated driveway and we are conveniently located for easy motorway access.
Willow Cottage is a beautiful holiday home nestled at the foot of the North Downs on the outskirts of Maidstone in a small village called Harrietsham. We are known for our outstanding views, abundant wildlife and fantastic walks. We are located on a small holding with Alpacas, pigs a sheep called Boo and various birds which you are more than welcome to pet and feed.

The Bull Inn is also within walking distance and a very popular local pub and restaurant, with garden and stunning views.
