New construction home on the golf course of Pine Needles Course between Pinehurst and downtown Southern Pines. Ideal location, close to everything the area has to offer. This 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom cottage is ideal for golf outings and family friendly vacations. Everything you need to make your stay ideal and comfortable. Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

Just 30 seconds (for real) to the main traffic circle which takes you to great restaurants, shopping, hospital (FirstHealth Moore Regional 1.5 miles away) and, of course, golfing!! The efficiency offers a private entrance, full bed, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, desk area, and outdoor seating. It is attached to my home so there is daily activity, but we welcome friendly engagement and will respect your privacy.
