This is a cozy clean 720 square foot retreat with one bedroom surrounded by beautiful trees. It is a peaceful and quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Meticulously cleaned before you arrive. This is a duplex but thoroughly soundproofed between units. Penny, your co-host , lives on premises so is available if required. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

The Station House is across from the ESNA train station and snuggled up under the wings of the iconistic Roundhouse. The rental is the bottom apartment in a duplex. The living room has a great view of the train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.
