This is a cozy clean 720 square foot retreat with one bedroom surrounded by beautiful trees. It is a peaceful and quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Meticulously cleaned before you arrive. This is a duplex but thoroughly soundproofed between units. Penny, your co-host , lives on premises so is available if required. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
