It is nestled on a 1/2 acre fenced lot perfect for families and pets to explore. *5% tourism tax will be added to your booking, pet fee is $125, security cameras on property.

The bedroom has blackout curtains so you can sleep in late if you want. The kitchenett provides the essentials to prepare simple meals. The TV has a Netflix account to pass the evenings. This home sits on a half acre lot with plenty of space for parking. The house has is divided into two apartments and the owner lives on the other side.

It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

Forget your worries in this 3 bedroom retreat in a quiet beach community! Only a short drive to the beach, and close to nearby stores and restaurants.
