Apartmán je ideální pro 6 osob, další 2 osoby se vyspí na rozkládací pohovce. Každá z ložnic má balkon, z obývacího pokoje lze vyjít na velkou terasu se stolem, posezením a výhledem na moře. V zahradě mají hosté k dispozici plynový gril, vířivku, stůl na stolní tenis, šipky atd.

Furbished as a cosy nest (50m2) to enjoy the most beautiful VIEW trough the panoramic window make you feel softly situated on a white cloud. Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

Once guests arrive, many don't use their cars often as everything is walking distance and well connected.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
