Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Please make sure our Orchard Cabin is for you! This 1-room, 60-yr-old converted boathouse offers rustic glamping just 20 feet from Flathead Lake. Perfect for guests who appreciate nature (trees and wildlife) and rustic charm—not perfection. Occasional spiders or insects are part of Montana lake life. 45 minutes from Glacier National Park. Outdoor hot-water shower and sink (no indoor plumbing), BBQ with a burner, microwave, composting toilet steps away, 2 SUPs, 2 shared kayaks and fire pit.

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.
