This beautiful bungalow is close to everything Charleston has to offer, making it easy to plan your visit. Tucked away in the old neighborhood of Whipper Barony, this property is just outside of the popular neighborhood of Park Circle. It's minutes to the Riverfront Park along the Cooper River, and close to many local restaurants, bars, breweries, and distilleries. Very close to the airport, and within a fifteen minute drive to downtown Charleston. Beaches are within a 20 minute drive as well.

Cozy Chalet-Style Pet Friendly Home

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities.
