Bolara 60 is a traditional rural stone house (about 250 years old and now beautifully restored) near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The kuća is a guesthouse with 4 guest rooms; we offer dinners, occasional cooking classes and include a great breakfast. Next door is a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the truffle forest and Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.

It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a lot of places to relax. This room is with balcony and direct sea view. It has a fridge and tea machine. Breakfast is 10€ per person per day. Pet is 7€ per day.

La camera tripla offre un'architettura del tutto particolare e 5 finestre a illuminare ogni angolo della stanza e del bagno privato.
