Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Apartmán se nachází v letovisku Ičići, 800 metrů od pláže a 12 km dlouhé pobřežní promenády. Je plně vybaven a skládá se z obývacího pokoje s kuchyní a jídelnou, 3 ložnic, 2 koupelen (sprcha, WC) a další samostatného WC. Apartmán je ideální pro 6 osob, další 2 osoby se vyspí na rozkládací pohovce. Každá z ložnic má balkon, z obývacího pokoje lze vyjít na velkou terasu se stolem, posezením a výhledem na moře.
