Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. Awesome House on Cayuga Lake!

Great for families!! 1196 E. Shore Drive is a fabulous rustic lake house (circa 1890) on Cayuga Lake 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 ft of frontage w/ full sun and awesome sunsets. Huge dock and hot tub. Private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). And because of the tracks, the driveway is SHORT AND STEEP. Price based on # of people. See below. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
