We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

We are close to 10 different river landings on the Black River and multiple creeks with Class I to Class III rapids plus lake access at Lake Arbutus and Wazee Lake County Park a short drive away.
