The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Complimentary basket with S’mores, chips and popcorn! Coffee, apple cider and hot cocoa also available. WiFi and smart tvs!

Welcome to Mimosa! Its all about comfort and relaxation. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with adjustable beds and the master is fully adjustable with vibrating massage and zero gravity. With comfort in mind choose from a firm, medium(2), or a plush bed. Melt the days cares and muscle aches away in the tranquility of the hot tub. The living room has a full body massage chair. Visit nearby Crystal Coast beaches, shopping and military bases. So come visit your favorite marine or enjoy the beaches.

This is an older home. There are permanent stains in the sink and tubs. We are trying to work on other areas of the home as much as we can. We have blackout curtains/shades in the entire home. We have WiFi, Disney plus, ESPN +, Hulu, and items you would need to cook, shower, or clean dishes. We have a washer and dryer (no detergent or fabric softener is supplied anymore unfortunately). We also have a keypad entry for your convenience to check in anytime after check in time, so no need to rush.

We are 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, gas stations and fast food restaurants. Baby friendly items include high chair and stroller. Enjoy country living in the little big town of Jacksonville.

We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. “Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City.
