We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. The private outdoor deck features a hot tub (open during the winter), pool, fire pit, BBQ, gazebo, multiple seating areas, and a backyard for additional recreational space.

Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.

Private Suite

Entire private suite, includes queen bedroom, full bath, sitting room with small refrigerator and microwave, table and chairs - all with off-street parking and separate entrance. Walk to beautiful Narragansett Beach, shops, fine restaurants. Great value and location! Sorry, no pets. (The suite is located on the second floor.)
