The cabin is situated at our home and small self funded vegan/vegetarian sanctuary on a hill, nestled in its own small wild nature garden and developing food forest of fruit, nuts and wild edibles. We have developed our whole site into a track system or otherwise known as Paradise paddock. Meet some of our rescue animals. Sit by the campfire and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. The West Wing is a cosy apartment that sleeps max 3. One double bed and 1 small single in a shared room. Situated directly on the Royal Canal greenway, it is the perfect location for keen walkers or cyclists who want a quiet place to stay. There is a pub across from the house, just a short walk home! The Hill of Down is a handy spot for touring the Boyne Valley and is 20 minutes from Trim, famous for its beautiful castle. It is also 20 minutes from Mullingar in County Westmeath.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Stable Cottage

Once a stable and hay barn, this is now a super two bedroom, two bathroom on two floors, set in five acres of peace and tranquility. One bedroom has king-sized double bed, the other has twin beds. Both have their own bathrooms. Not really suitable for young toddlers as the bedrooms are on different floors. All bed-linen and towels are provided. The house has its own terrace garden and own car parking spaces for three cars. Minimum stay of two nights.

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
