This 400 sq. ft. guesthouse (studio) on a historic property in Westwood, Kansas has recently been fully renovated and furnished. It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchen. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

This is a great getaway, centrally located between 3 cities...Wichita, Hutchinson, and Newton. We are only 15 minutes from each! This is a better experience than a hotel. It is private and you can connect with nature. Those who stay are welcome to throw a fishing line into our sandpits! PLEASE NOTE- This is a remote & awesome fishing cabin. Guests must bring towels, toiletries, and bedding! This is the only home on the 35 acre property, but we have family and friends that fish it occasionally.

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
