Private studio with spectacular views. Hosts house on same property so readily available, self catering but meals available by arrangement. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning

BLACK BARN RETREAT is the perfect place to stay if you are coming out here for a Wedding, as we are close to all the Wedding Venues. You will have unlimited Wi-Fi, and Netflix. There is plenty of off street parking. We are on 1acre of land so neighbours are not a problem, it is very quiet.
