The Nest

A gentle, quiet space to relax, unwind, and escape. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. For this reason, we decided there would be no television/WiFi. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you.

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. It is immaculate inside and comes with 1 Queen bed, a kitchenette, bathroom, sofa and benchtop for eating/working. The ecovillage is unique in its design, balancing privacy and interaction, We may be happy to give you a quick impromptu tour if interested.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The River Barn - walk to Town and River

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this home, with a cozy day bed built in under the stairs, full sized kitchen and stylish bathroom. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.
