Local amenities close at hand, with family friendly activities. Plenty of local restaurants or enjoy dining in. Only 6 miles from golfing at St Andrews.

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cart shed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable. A car is required.

The self catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is one double bedroom and a large shower room. The cottage sleeps two and offers peaceful surroundings within easy reach of St Andrews. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The Bothy has its own private parking area.

This annex is attached to our family home, with a separate private entrance, dedicated parking right outside and a private deck area from which to enjoy the view. There is parking for up to three cars. Please be aware we do not have a full kitchen - no sink or oven. No BBQs (disposable or otherwise) or open fires allowed.
