Close to the Seward Harbor and on the road to Exit Glacier, we are nearby all of the action while still amidst wildlife and incredibly scenery. Our plush beds, comfy sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & custom shower make the indoors super comfortable; while our lounge chairs, picnic table, grill & fire pit will help you take in Alaska's beauty.

Renfro's Lakeside Retreat Cabins

Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. Renfro's offers spectacular views of huge snow capped mountains and a 30-mile long lake. This pristine retreat has the feel of true wilderness and yet is located only 20 miles from Seward. This means you are within driving distance of the activities people want to see and experience while on the Kenai Peninsula.

Russian River House

Located in Cooper Landing, the Russian River House has everything you can imagine in a rental cabin. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 queen size beds, and two fold down couches. A lovely breakfast bar seats 4, dining seats 6. There is a natural cold-water spring with a small tub for keeping drinks cool while you are enjoying yourself around the fire pit. Our uncompromising commitment to hygiene and cleanliness pushes us to go the extra mile. Two night minimum stay and 6 guest maximum.

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

Shackleford Creek Mountain House

Shackleford Creek Mountain House is a special place where we join family and friends to explore the mountains, lakes, rivers and trails that are in the Cooper Landing area. We are situated a mile from the town center where multiple fish and river guides base their operations. Fishing, hiking and mountain biking trails are all within minutes of the house. The design of the house is open and well suited for couples and families with kids older than three.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

MountainTop Cabin

We completed construction in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel, but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

With 2 king bedrooms, a cozy loft, and mountain views, it’s the perfect base for your Alaska adventure.

Beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms and large sleeping loft with 6 beds. Amazing 360 degree view at the treetops. Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing.
