We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

It is also centrally situated near three beautiful wedding venues; Oxleaze Barn, Friars Court and Caswell House.

Radcot Farm House Annexe nr Clanfield, Oxfordshire

Lovely and spacious self-contained two bedroom annexe to our family home in a tranquil, rural setting. Radcot Farm House is situated at the end of a long drive, surrounded by open countryside, arable farmland and uninterruped views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The annexe has its own entrance, enclosed private garden and ample parking for two cars outside. The WiFi at the property is slow due to the remoteness however phone signals are good in the area.

Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Beautiful large and bright self contained studio with (its own entrance) with king size bed, fully equipped shower room, kitchenette (fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster), TV, internet, table and dining chairs and sofa. There are a number of delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk). PLEASE NOTE; first floor, must be able to climb a flight of steps to access.

Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds on our family farm the Camp is a truly unique, purpose built cabin,situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. It sleeps 2 adults & 1-2 small children, or 3 adults, with one double bed and a single size sofa bed. Also it has an eco wood fired hot tub (available at extra cost)
