In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, nearby a playground, safe walking neighborhood and less then a half mile from a grocery store. Within a Mile of most 2026 Ironman events! Downtown water street is only about a mile away. We will update pictures when we take more. There is a hot tub however, there will be an extra charge of 100 dollars if you want it as it is only filled if requested.
