It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

The property is close to the historic town of Rye, Camber sands beach, Winchelsea beach, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle.

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
