Tidung Lagoon is a breathtaking retreat located 44 km NW of Jakarta in Thousand Islands and it is 1.5 hours speedboat. It features 16 uniquely designed rooms, offering a comfortable stay. All rooms are above the ocean, providing guests with panoramic views and the soothing ocean right beneath. The price/pax includes breakfast and lunch, coffee/tea, guide, snorkeling, banana boat, canoe but EXCLUDE transportation. While it's not a 5-star facility, we offer the nightly spectacle moon and stars.

Mangrove Hut @ Desa Laguna Resort

Our Mangrove Hut is a beautiful blend of bamboo & Mahogany with gorgeous sea views to the north and west (yes, you can catch sunsets from this hut!). It is designed to sleep up to four guests, but is also great for couples. It features a desk with a view, an open air ensuite bathroom, a beautiful wooden deck and 2 sun-lounger chairs. With gorgeous views of our mangrove forest, one can also see many types of fish swimming around, and with a staircase down to the water, it is easy to explore.

Sunrise Hut @ Desa Laguna Resort

Our Sunrise Hut is our first over the water accommodation, built almost completely from driftwood and with views towards the east. It features an ensuite open air bathroom, a queen sized bed, two sofa beds, a desk with a view, and an outdoor deck to watch the stars, admire the fish and other tropical marine life, and to bathe in the sun. The accommodation sits atop 'Desa Laguna', a regenerative resort and village in Pulau Seribu, and is one of ten accommodations in our 1 HA island.

Driftwood Hut @ Desa Laguna Resort

Our Driftwood Suite is a gorgeous octagonal 'hut' made almost entirely from natural materials - the floors, structural poles, and most of the furniture is made from driftwood found on local beaches. The roof is thatched, and the 'walls' can open and close, featuring bamboo blinds which open up to gorgeous 270 degree views of the aquamarine waters on our atoll. On the fast east side of the island, the hut gets great views of sunrise and sunset, and has its own private beach.

Bamboo Hut @ Desa Laguna Resort

Our Bamboo Hut is a beautiful blend of bamboo & upcycled dock wood with gorgeous sea views to the south and west. It is designed to sleep 2-3 guests, but can sleep four with an extra bed. It features a desk with a view, an open air ensuite bathroom, a beautiful wooden deck and sun-lounger chairs. Powered on solar energy and made from the most sustainable natural building material available, this is Desa Laguna's first mainly bamboo structure.

Grand Lagoon - Full board

Lamun Hut @ Desa Laguna Resort

Our Lamun Hut is gorgeous, with south-east facing views of the aquamarine waters surrounding Desa Laguna. It can comfortably sleep up to 5 people on one queen bed, two singles, and an extra mattress if requested. The ensuite bathroom has beautiful views, and the whole hut is made from driftwood, bamboo, and responsibly sourced timber. It also includes a small sundeck with direct access to the shallow seas.

Dome Tent @ Desa Laguna Resort

Camping is easily the 'best deal' for staying at Desa Laguna, and is an excellent option for those with an adventurous spirit. Our tents are waterproof, cozy, and open up to beautiful views of the surrounding seas. If you're used to camping, or would like to introduce camping to your kids, or if you'd like to try camping for the first time yourself, we will take good care of you :)
