This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. Enjoy some time away in the north woods! Cozy cottage on Chute Pond to enjoy some swimming and water fun! ATV/snowmobile trails right out driveway. Pontoon available for rent with cabin. (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.

Located in the heart of the lake area with many restaurants nearby Also a short drive to 2 golf courses, the county park, and 2 casinos within 30 minutes. Cottage is fully booked during the heart of the summer, enjoy a getaway on the lake! Plenty of space on the dock for your boat.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located right on the outskirts of town, this unique spot is a great place to relax after a day of fishing, hunting, hiking, swimming, round of golf, or a long night at North Star Casino! Gresham has many activities to offer and there is no better place to stay then our "Modern" duplex with a homey environment. No space is shared between the sides besides the outside parking, so make your self at home, kick back and relax!

Shady Retreat

Do you want to get away and relax at the lake? Visit Shady Retreat, an updated guest house on an 86 acre lake. It has one king bed, 1 bath with a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and a dishwasher! There are three kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat and a pier for your use. It is close to supper clubs, pubs with great food and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field. Enjoy star gazing while sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.
