Hill Top Bungalow: Safe, Secure, Secluded

The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Originally built by the owner of the local lumberyard, this home carries a lot of history & charm. They built the house for themselves & the 2 apts upstairs for traveling teachers that needed a place to stay. Overall, the house has 3 apts, all w/private entrances. There is 1 larger apt downstairs & 2 smaller apts upstairs, along with a common sitting area in the front & a laundry room in back.

My home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood on a golf course centrally located near several venues, restaurants, casinos and entrainment. You can enjoy the view of the pond on the golf course out the big picture window of living room or the back deck and hopefully if your lucky enough you’ll see the geese landing on the pond. The home has been well loved and taken care of.
