The Woodland Inn is not “inside city limits” but that is our thing. Perfect to escape the city, relax and reset on a tassie vacation. Located only a 10 min drive from Sandy Bay but based on a 10 acre lot. The Woodland Inn is the best of both worlds. Perfectly situated to forget the hustle&bustle of your day job and feel reconnected to the world. We do live onsite in the main house, but other than helping out when needed you won’t hear from us. Leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay!

This one bedroom self contained flat is part of the main house (all beds are in the one room). The flat has separate entrance. New fully-furnished kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic water views and only 5 km from the city, approximate 10 minute drive. There is a public bus stop 1 minute walk from flat. It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.

Situated in Kingston Beach just a 15 minute drive from the city of Hobart with a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. There are various walking tracks along the water. It is in a quiet area over looking Mount Wellington and Kingston Beach with views over the River Derwent including South Arm and Opossum Bay. Kingston is the gateway to the Huon Valley and Bruny Island a 25-30 minute drive.
