This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax & unwind. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy watching the birds & the water or enjoy the front porch rockers where you can listen to the birds & frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 3 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.

Located just 5 mins from I-95 and 12 minutes from Florence, this quaint cottage sits on 6 acres with private deck, firepit & large back yard in a peaceful, country location. Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. Saint Michael Hermitage and retreat is a serene, gated, private home that is for 1-3 guests looking for a quiet stay while traveling or as a retreat destination. You will self check into your Hermitage after you obtain a gate code. There is a prayer chapel close by on the property. It is pet friendly for a well trained pet. There is Catholic iconography throughout the home. It is warm and inviting. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer for your convenience and complementary coffee/tea.

This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.

We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston.
