Downstairs bedroom near full bath. Upstairs has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sleeping loft with 1 bed. Half bath upstairs. Unwind in front of the fireplace or watch a movie or play some games upstairs in the loft. Very close to:Boreal, Royal Gorge, Donner Ranch and Sugar Bowl. Sledding walking distance. We have sleds.

You’re welcome to use the provided Chromecast to or bring your own device. Several ski resorts are nearby, with Boreal just 6 miles away for easy access to the slopes.
