The Raven’s Roost will be your command center in Kodiak. This downstairs unit of a duplex is located in the center of town, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. The open concept living area has a large smart TV, a fireplace, and a pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with one queen size bed and a larger bedroom with two queens, and a full bathroom has a bathtub, washer, and dryer. And the kids will love the buoy swing and treefort in the backyard!

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek.
