Wandern im Naturpark, Fahrrad fahren, in der Hängematte lesen, grillen, entspannen, zusammen Kochen, am Lagerfeuer sitzen oder in aller Ruhe arbeiten - all das ist hier möglich.

Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Bei unserem Hausboot handelt es sich um ein gemütliches, modernes festliegendes Boot, welches an einer Steganlage eines Campingplatzes liegt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.
