Το STUDIO VERENIKI βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο και γραφικό στενό, στην Πάροδο Κονδυλάκη, στην καρδιά του παλιού βενετσιάνικου λιμανιού των Χανίων, σε έναν πλακόστρωτο πεζόδρομο γεμάτο ιστορικά κτίρια του βενετσιάνικου στυλ που χρονολογούνται από τον 14ο αιώνα. Πρόκειται για ένα παλιό ανακαινισμένο κτίριο δίπλα στην Εβραϊκή Συναγωγή και κοντά σε διάφορους αρχαιολογικούς χώρους. Το στούντιο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και έχει ανακαινιστεί πρόσφατα, παρέχοντας όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις στους επισκέπτες του.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.
