The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Atsaare on ajalooline talukoht, mis on leidnud viimase viie aasta jooksul uue hingamise ja mis ikka veel areneb ning uueneb. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
