Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Mon appartement se trouve au pied du tram ligne 2 (arrêt Fabron), à 15 minutes de l’aéroport et 10 minutes du centre (avenue Jean Médecin). Des vélos publics se trouvent juste devant la résidence. Au pied du logement: supermarché, boulangerie, plage à 80 mètres. La cuisine comporte tous les équipements nécessaires. La grande terrasse permet de profiter toute l’année du soleil!
