Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Helle Zweizimmerwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den imposanten Langkofel, die Sellagruppe und die Cirspitzen, in sonniger Lage, abgelegen von allem Trubel; dennoch ist der Ortskern in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Winter befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt und in kürzester Zeit sind Sie im Skikarussel. Kinder können frei herumtollen, da keine Straße am Haus vorbeiführt, im Gegenteil direkt vor der Haustür beginnt ein Wanderweg, die sog. "Via Crucis".

The 26 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The holiday apartment "Piciulei Grant" is located in Selva di Val Gardena/Wolkenstein in Gröden and boasts a beautiful view of the Alps. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating as well as children's books and toys.
