The Lagniappe Suite is tucked away in the back north wing of the main house. It offers a stunning view of the pool, patio, grilling kitchen and back yard. The bedroom suite includes a full private bathroom and is decorated in transitional decor of soft grays and whites. A plush queen size bed with sumptuous linens assures our guests a restful stay. Enjoy the flat screen TV with DVD player, FREE cable & Wireless Internet, TV cabinet, Coffee & Tea Bar, many room sundries, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, writing desk, hardwood floors, ceiling fan. First Floor of Barn - Our "Precious Past" Suite is the lower level of the barn and is decorated with antiques that will refresh your memory of bygone days. This suite has a queen bed, dressing table, armoire, a sitting area with love-seat, TV, a charming antique dinette, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. It has a bath room with a shower. It is located in the country on a pond, where you can fish and relax under the old oak trees. Breakfast not included in price.

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Carriage House: Louisiana Room

Nestled in the shady oaks of Sterling Grove Historic District in Lafayette, our quaint Carriage House suite is tucked behind the main home. Your accommodations come with our cocktail hour from 4:30 pm to 6:00 p.m. and a gourmet breakfast freshly prepared each morning. Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. in the main house. Need a pet friendly room? We can accommodate with a $25 pet cleaning fee not included in the room rate.
