Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

It is 20 mins away from Hobbiton and the entrance to MEI Sanctuary. Being 1 hr drive from Raglan, Mt Maunganui, Taupo and Rotorua. Perfect to appreciate natural beauty & birdlife, great if you're biking, fishing or travelling and a great base to explore the area; 45 min to Hamilton Gardens & Zoo, and the Field Days site, 70 min to Taupo and 50 min to Rotorua & Tauranga.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
