Great hiking is close by in the Green Mountain National Forest and there is lots to explore in neighboring Manchester and Dorset. Picnic table. Fire pit and chairs. The trees provide a natural “fence “ for privacy. Bookings available May through October only. (Weather permitting)

We are off grid. So the camper is run off a generator with battery back up. It does have water and septic hooked up. Everything works as it should (water heater, a/c, refrigerator ect). We are close to burke mnt. And we are on a class 4 (unmaintained) road (atv friendly). You will be responsible for gas to use the generator. We do live onsite and can explain everything if you're not familiar with campers/generators. 1 queen bed, two small pull out sofas (kid size)
