Best view of water with a screen in porch for grilling and seating by water. You will have a hard time finding another place so close to the water. Bar, restaurant tennis, Pickle ball courts basketball and a pool. Ask about fishing trips. Kayaks to use as well. Also please note no rentals to anyone under age of 24.
