Gather family or friends for an unforgettable lakeside getaway in a spacious, amenity-loaded lake house in an ultra-private setting. Your group will have a great time on the dock using provided kayaks and paddleboards, fishing, swimming, and more. Bring or rent a boat. Relax on the lakefront screened porch and multiple indoor/outdoor gathering spots. Kids and adults will love watching movies and playing foosball in the game room. Make memories around your choice of beachside or stone firepit.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Freshly renovated condo at the sought after Tall Ship condos in Keowee Key. This is hands down the best unit the complex has to offer with amazing views. Enjoy grilling out on the patio overlooking the marina, walking on the trail, or relax in the pool which is only a short walk away. This is truly a paradise. Guest boat slip is available at the marina for boats or jet skis. Slip is $50 per day. Recommended to book one month in advance.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Our guest house is sitting on 55 wooded acres with our 4-acre pond and amazing awe-inspiring panoramic views of Pinnacle and Table Rock Mountain. Wrap yourself in the serenity of nature, with nothing more to wake you in the morning than the pleasant sounds of songbirds beckoning you to delight in the new day.

Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and outdoor activities. 15 min from Clemson University, 20 min to downtown Anderson, just 10 min from 1-85.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.
