Peace of Nature Rustic Retreat is located in a beautiful wooded property between a lake and a pond and wetland. The retreat features private entrance & covered patio with woods & lake views. A bird watchers dream with a variety of woodpeckers, nuthatch, hummingbirds, Bluejays & cardinals. Enjoy observing the many other critters here too — deer, ermine, otter, trumpeter swan, blue Herron, fox squirrels and more. Located within 10 minutes to fishing, hiking, bike trails, cc skiing and much more.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.

The perfect solution for cabin fever! This romantic & private log cabin overlooks beautiful Diamond lake. Two queen size beds, one is adjustable w/massage. Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. This basement apartment is large, comfortable and furnished with everything you'll need. It's close to Taunton Stadium and a mile from downtown. It's a little chilly, but the price is right and we the hosts live upstairs so we're close by in case of need. And you can park off the street!
