Our sweet retreat

Our Sweet Retreat sits down hill from the main road. With a private paved parking area. The house sits approximately 12 steps below parking area with large wrap around porch. The main living area is open with vaulted ceiling. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a full bath . Upstairs is a small loft and master suite with full bath, fireplace & private deck overlooking the lake. There is a large stone fireplace on the North end of the cabin and a covered deck on the lakeside.

Welcome back to Lake Lure! Located in desirable Lake Lure area. Set on over an acre you can have the peace of the beautiful outdoors with privacy and all the amenities you will need to relax in luxury. Our Getaway offers an open concept living area with modern kitchen with all you will need to enjoy your time away. Lola's has two bedrooms and one elegant bath. Great view from deck relaxing in the hot tub or at our private fire pit!

Beautifully renovated studio style condo with everything you need and more! Less than a 5 minute drive to the Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure where you can enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, a beach on the lake with playgrounds for kids, 3 restaurants on-site and of course your choice of golf at Apple Valley or Bald Mountain! One small dog considered. You must inquire. If approved, a $50 pet fee will apply.

Please Note: Lake Lure was impacted by Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. While the area is rebuilding and many businesses are reopening, the lake remains closed. Our cottage continues to host peaceful, restorative stays, but some guests find limited activities. We recommend researching current conditions via local FB groups or the town website to best plan your trip.
