The detached cabin is a unique bonus space for guests who enjoy extra privacy, but it has no bathroom, no central HVAC, and is down a flight of stairs from the main house. There’s a hot tub, too. It’s in a special neighborhood close to some of the best wineries in the Russian River Valley. Designed for adults and not suitable for children or infants.

Designed in 1967 by Joseph Esherick and George Homsey, the small modernist retreat is one of the defining homes from Sea Ranch’s formative years, pairing Northern California modernism with understated contemporary comforts.
