Our spacious, modern one bedroom flat has private entry, lounge, well equipped kitchenette, private sun deck and stunning mountain views. Located in Arthurs Point, we are only a few minutes drive from Queenstown (5km/2.5miles) Coronet Peak Ski Field/MTB, 2 brew pubs, Shotover River walks and bike tracks, Onsen hot pools, and multiple adventure activities are just minutes from the front door. Private (off-street) parking is available onsite and the public bus is 5 just minutes walk away.

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment below an alpine style family home. Modern, comfortable and beautifully peaceful with everything you need for a relaxing retreat getaway. We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. Wifi and TV. Bed is set up as a super king but can be separated to accommodate 2 single beds on request. Keyless electronic entry.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.
