Huge private yard surrounded by Mountain Views and the sound of the stream in ravine off the back! 8 minutes to Phoenicia, 12 Minutes from Hunter Mountain & Tannersville, 20 minutes to Belleyere and Wyndam BUT on a flat acre within the Catskills preserve so you feel private with nature but never isolated! My 900 sq ft cabin was built in the 1960s by an artist and renovated with recycled & repurposed materials. (We are told it may also have been a witness protection house😮)

The 4 bedroom home is well-appointed nestled magically at the base of Diamond Notch Mountain, the Hollow Brook farm property has a year-round stream running through it.
