Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 Min. erreichbar und eine Haltestelle von der Messe entfernt (fußläufig 20 Min.). In 20 Min. ist der Playmobil FUN Park mit dem Auto erreicht. Es ist Platz für max. 5 Personen vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, 1 x Doppelbett und 2 x Einzelbetten. Im offenen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit Esstisch und 1 x Schlafcouch.

The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.
