With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Phil's Cottage je krásná kamenná chalupa s jednou ložnicí a nádherným výhledem do krajiny. Chata je nedávno zrekonstruovaná přestavba stodoly ideálně umístěná pouhé 2 míle od historického tržního města Barnard Castle. Nemovitost nabízí dostatek soukromého parkoviště a venkovní posezení v přední části a pěkný dvůr v zadní části s venkovním posezením. Za psy se platí příplatek 25 GBP za pobyt. Maximálně jeden dospělý pes, který je plně domácí a dobře se chová, s předchozím souhlasem majitelů.

Outside is a patio garden & furniture. Enter via a double height dining hall, to an open plan kitchen and living room, traditionally furnished with exposed beams and deep window recesses. Downstairs is a large bathroom (bath & walk in power shower). Upstairs two large bedrooms with reading chairs.

It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

Low Green Barn is a converted barn, attached to our family home and located in the middle of the village of Mickleton. Before booking, please bear in mind we offer limited cooking facilities, with no oven or grill. We can provide you with local recommendations for eating out. Driveway parking is shared with owners and can accommodate one guest vehicle. Owners Tessa and Dave live in the adjoining main farmhouse and are available via text/in person if needed.
